Hello there, I am Madame Katarina; the writer of this blog, as well as the web & graphic designer of this website and it's merchandise, Mistress Ravine. I have created this blog to share my passions, express my concerns, provide intellectual stimulation for women, and perhaps guidance.

I do not profess to be a magnificent writer... My areas of expertise are within many types of art and music. Therefore, I would like to make a disclaimer that any advice offered through this blog is purely my educated opinion, and not professional advice (so seek help from a professional as necessary). I am very opinionated and will often write articles from the perspective of my lifestyle, however I will make an effort to be conscious of the large variety of perspectives and lifestyles in the world.
